Note 13. Subsequent Event On May 10, 2022, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer notified the Company that he will resign as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, effective May 25, 2022. This resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company or its board of directors or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company expects to enter into a separation agreement with the Chief Financial Officer, the terms of which have not yet been finalized. |
